A house collapses after a massive blast in Ayodhya, killing five people, including three children

Five people, including three children, were killed when a house collapsed following a massive explosion in Pagla Bhari village in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya district on Thursday.

Several people were injured in the blast and were immediately admitted to the district hospital. The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of the Purakalandar police station.

Preliminary information suggests the explosion may have been caused by firecrackers or a gas cylinder. The exact cause is currently under investigation.

Rescue operations were launched as soon as the incident was reported. Police and administration teams reached the scene.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of this tragic accident. He expressed his deep condolences to the families of the deceased and directed officials to immediately reach the scene and expedite relief and rescue operations.

The Chief Minister directed that the injured be immediately transported to the hospital and ensure their proper treatment.

He also wished them a speedy recovery. Following the accident, which occurred near the Purakalandar police station, senior district administration and police officials have arrived at the scene. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the explosion.

It is initially believed that the accident was caused by the explosion of firecrackers or a gas cylinder. However, the exact cause will only be clear after the investigation is complete.

The injured were immediately taken to the district hospital, where doctors declared five people dead. The deaths of three children in the blast have sent shockwaves through the area.

The remaining injured are undergoing treatment. The administration has appealed to the public to ignore rumors and maintain peace. This accident has shaken the entire village.
